Help!!!  We’ve been taken over by zucchini.

zucchini0002

This was only one day’s harvest.  The “little” ones on the right are about 12″ long.  I’ve given some to the neighbors, made countless loaves of zucchini bread, and we still have all these left.

So, Kimmy, do you eat zucchini?  It’s white.  But then again, it’s green.  Hmmm, confusing.

SHHHHHH!  (Cue the scary music)

Their friends are in the garden.

They’re out there and they are growing.  Just waiting for me………

  1. We make this awesome zucchini and tomato casserole. I’m making it tomorrow with the produce we picked up at the farmers market today. I’ll post the recipe for it then too! : )

  2. I think you should have a zucchini bread giveaway…. for those of us that cannot grow anything to save their lives!!!

    Count me in…….

  3. I love zucchini bread too! Too bad our zucchini’s burned up in this lovely AZ summer heat! I can’t believe how big yours got! WOW!

  5. Oh, I love zucchini bread! Zucchini plants live thru anything and we didn’t have a single tomato this year. Thank goodness for the Farmers’ Market.
