The Walking Dead returns with new episodes on February 10, 2013 and fans are anticipating the premiere. I admit I got caught up in the hoopla after watching it on Netflix a few weeks ago. I’ll have to wait to see the new episodes, however, because we don’t have cable.
In the meantime, I can get my zombie fix in other ways.
Like creating a workout to help you survive a zombie apocalypse!

I’m counting down the days til The Walking Dead is back on, my favorite show!! This workout sounds great. Now that I’ve been exercising for a month I am gonna give it a try!
We cannot wait for Walking Dead to come back!! Can’t wait to try this routine out to get me in good enough shape to be on Rick’s team.
