New workout! 1,000 TIMES

This article was inspired by the brand or company mentioned below. Content is original. Opinions are my own.

Can you imagine doing something 1,000 times?

Seems like a lot right?

1,000 days of school.

1,000 pieces of popcorn.

1,000 envelopes to address.

1,000 is a lot.

But when it comes to fitness, 1,000 really isn’t that much when you tackle it in small pieces but the effort can really add up to help you get in shape.

One of the things people do wrong when they consider changing their lives by committing to a healthy lifestyle is that they think they need STUFF. Gadgets. Equipment. Books. It all adds up to a lot of money and it helps us feel like we are making changes but in reality, real change comes by doing, not buying.

You don’t need to buy a single thing to get in shape.

All you need is gravity.

Your body will do the rest.

This workout below is a body-weight workout geared towards the non-beginner, but if you are a beginner it is easy to modify. Think 100 is too many? Start with 20, or 10 of each.

Just start.

Awesome Kim! I do workout 5x a week and on my 2 off days I still walk with my husband and kids. I’m addicted to fitness now. I ask myself all the time why I waited so many years, but the point is I started and will never stop now! I’m currently doing more strength training as I’m trying to tone up this darn mommy belly that has been there for over 10 years, seems to be working!
