Can you imagine doing something 1,000 times?
Seems like a lot right?
1,000 days of school.
1,000 pieces of popcorn.
1,000 envelopes to address.
1,000 is a lot.
But when it comes to fitness, 1,000 really isn’t that much when you tackle it in small pieces but the effort can really add up to help you get in shape.
One of the things people do wrong when they consider changing their lives by committing to a healthy lifestyle is that they think they need STUFF. Gadgets. Equipment. Books. It all adds up to a lot of money and it helps us feel like we are making changes but in reality, real change comes by doing, not buying.
You don’t need to buy a single thing to get in shape.
All you need is gravity.
Your body will do the rest.
