When it comes to snacking, we are often at a loss finding products that are healthy yet easy for the kids to grab-and-go. But we have discovered a product that seems to fit our needs and, maybe even more importantly, that the kids love.

But not just any baby food. up&up Baby Food POUCHES from Target.

I was afraid my kids would want nothing to do with a product that calls itself “baby food” but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Both my 4 year old and my 8 year old have asked me repeatedly “can I have one of those baby food pouches?” And when I give them one, they suck it down and ask for more.
As a mom who is focused on a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle, whether you are feeding an actual baby, or feeding older kids who need easy to eats snacks that are mess-free, 100% fruit and easy to take on the go, the up&up Baby Food Pouches are a great option.
Take a look at the ingredients:

No added sugar. No artificial ingredients. Plus each pouch has 25% of the daily value of Vitamin C.
See what Abby has to say about it:
She doesn’t like bananas at all, so that’s why she didn’t like the second pouch she tried, the banana and pumpkin. My son likes it though.
The up&up Baby Food Pouches are a permanent part of my fridge now. When my kids ask for a snack and I want them to eat fruit, they feel like they are getting a treat and I know they are getting something healthy. Jake isn’t happy taking something to school that says “baby food” on it in his lunch, but he will eat them regularly at home.
Now. After trying these fruit pouches, I felt like I had to find out what I was missing out on. I love applesauce so I gave them a try….
I might have found a new personal favorite snack.
How about in your house? Do your kids like fruit pouches? Have you tried the up&up Baby Food pouches from Target? Would you consider them for healthy, on-the-go snacks for older kids?
Note: I have received compensation and the products shown for my participation in the Target up&up campaign.

These look both healthy and tasty. The fact that they’re conveniently packaged makes them great for long car trips and those days you’re running behind on your cooking schedule. One question though – does the screw cap come off easily, and if they do, what’s on the end of the packaging? Would be great if they included straws with these. What do you think?
With my 7 year old granddaughter coming to live with us I think this is a must to get her to eat healthy snacks. Looking at the nutrition and calorie count I’m sure I’ll be liking them too.
My three year old loves fruit pouches like this. We keep 2 cases in the pantry at all times. So great for car rides and outside play time!
I like the pouches my son not so much. I’ve used them for baking successfully.
My 8 year old won’t touch them – but my 4 year old LOVES (what we call) Squeezie Pouches! They are perfect for on the go snacks and I, too, LOVE the ingredients list!
