The Mommy Court – the “telescope” war

On this episode of The Mommy Court, Judge Mommy has to decide who rightfully owns this “telescope:”

The Plaintiff: The Defendant:

Details of the case:

The Plaintiff is the rightful owner of the “telescope,” having been presented with it by her older brother after he emerged from the bathroom one day (resulting in a totally different episode of The Mommy Court over hand washing).

  • The Plaintiff claims “it’s mine.”
  • The Defendant claims “it’s mine.”
  • The Plaintiff counters with “my telescope.”
  • The Defendant counters with “my telescope.”

Chaos, crying and hair pulling ensues.  The Plaintiff may have grounds for an assault case…

  1. That’s usually my ruling, too! If you can’t play nice with it, no one gets it!

    • Sometimes I think they LEARN that, and since it was Abby’s maybe my niece was being difficult about it KNOWING it would get taken away …but I’m not sure she’s there yet intellectually, but it’s coming.
