Mommy, nooooooo you can’t sit there!

ladybugs

Excuse me! I tried to sit on the couch the other day. I committed a crime apparently and “messed all her ladybugs up.” See, every morning, my daughter wakes up and puts her ladybugs on the couch. Don’t even try to move one to sit down unless you want a lecture.

Wordless Wednesday – guilt

sleeping

So. I got words. Abby’s new thing is she eats some of her meal then claims to be “done” or have a “tummy ache” and wants to leave the table and go play.  So the other day I refused to let her go.  No play.  No bed.  Just sit.  She insisted she was “done” and [...]

Wordless Wednesday – rare

family2

I have very few, if any, photos with me and both of my kids. Thank you Trisha!! I have no idea what my son is doing with his face…

Hamming it up

My new laptop has a webcam built in so Abby and I had some fun.  I need to figure out the settings because it came out kinda dark, but check out my little hamster…

In the dictionary, under “cute”…

pretty green dress 2

Abby received some dresses from our friend and neighbor whose daughter has outgrown them, and she ADORES them. Every morning when she gets up she asks for a particular “pretty dress” by color. And look out if I grab the wrong one!

What big brothers teach little sisters…

How to say “baby doo-doo head”. Yeah, that was GREAT. She chanted it the whole way home the other day…a 45 minute drive. I think I’ll teach her to hide his toys.
