4. They rely on nature.
I know some people think that alternative medicine is witch magic and poo-poo it without a second thought, but the reality is that nature can help prevent illness from happening and help fight it, especially at early stages. Raw honey, herbs, ginger, garlic and lemons are just a few examples of nature’s healing tools. There is not only nutrition in these foods but they are powerful immune system boosters that help your body do its job. If you aren’t convinced, why not try it, it can’t hurt!
5. They get enough sleep
Sleep is a critical factor in staying healthy. Your body recuperates while you sleep and without enough your immune system cannot do its job. Not enough sleep effects every system in your body and without it any other attempts to be healthy will feel like you are trying to push a rope – which just is counterproductive.
