Up until today I had never heard of PreviLean.

One look and I was intrigued.

Most people know that I have a huge focus on health and fitness and have gone to extremes in order to rid our diets of the toxins that are affecting our bodies.  For me, it’s arthritis and fibromyalgia type pain.  For my daughter it’s eczema and allergies and for my husband it is auto-immune type issues causing skin reactions.  My son has minor allergies as well so no one is immune to the affect what we eat can have on our bodies.

We have seen results, but we are still hoping for better ones.

PreviLean is an eating & nutrition program that focuses on lifestyle and each individual’s body needs.

From their site:

An approach to health as unique as you are.

Just like a fingerprint, every immune system is a little different. So why should all approaches be the same? They shouldn’t.

Our unique approach gives you something special: a way to live healthier and happier that is based entirely on you.

Along with the program is a blood test that helps determine the things your body is sensitive to in order to help you eat right so you can prevent the medical issues that affect you.

You can learn more about that from Jessica Gottlieb because she already had the test done and is going to move on to the counseling aspect of the program.  Watch her video as she lists her intolerances and sensitivities.

I’m really curious to hear more about the program and its long-term affects.

In the meantime, I am joining Jessica on Thursday for a Twitter chat about healthy eating!!!!  I was honored to be asked and after learning about PreviLean, I’m anxious for the chat.

The details are below:
