I was hard at work creating another workout, I’m going to try it tomorrow.

I’d say this is an intermediate level workout because it’s just one set but if it’s too easy for you you can always repeat it!

      It’s a play on words and it’s called POWER not POWERS. It’s certainly not to be taken literally and definitely not important. Go workout dude you think too much.

    What’s a burpee and/or a stand jack? Can I swap the skaters and the jumping jacks?!
