Power of 10 Workout

I was hard at work creating another workout, I’m going to try it tomorrow.

I’d say this is an intermediate level workout because it’s just one set but if it’s too easy for you you can always repeat it!

  5. Just for the record those are multiples of 10 and not powers of 10.

    • It’s a play on words and it’s called POWER not POWERS. It’s certainly not to be taken literally and definitely not important. Go workout dude you think too much.
