One of my favorite summertime frozen treats is sorbet. Any flavor sorbet. There is just something about it that hits the spot every time.

Fruit Sorbet Recipe

You can use any kind of frozen fruit you want for this recipe - strawberries, blueberries, apples, mangoes, pineapple, whatever! I chose peaches.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb frozen fruit
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Put everything into your blender and blend on high until the fruit is smooth.
  2. It will melt rather quickly after blended but you can refreeze and serve later.
  3. Enjoy.
