This morning as I dragged myself out of bed to do my morning run, I needed something to distract me from the fact that I wanted nothing more than to crawl back into bed.
I don’t love working out but i do love how it makes me look and feel.
So I trudge through.
But being able to laugh about it does help make it more bearable.
