They say it takes 21 days to create a habit.
Tomorrow INSANITY will officially be my “habit.” (although tomorrow is technically a day off…but it IS the 21st day of the program)
Today I actually had to fight back thoughts of exhaustion…my brain definitely tried to sabotage me but I pushed past it and according to my heart rate monitor watch I burned 649 calories in the 40 minute Plyometric Cardio Circuit Workout.
I can’t wait to take my progress pic tomorrow and show you my results so far. I KNOW my core has improved so much! I feel amazing and even more excited to keep going. I’m 1/3 of the way done!!!!!!!!!!!
