
I love goat cheese.
I especially love it with veggies.
So I made it into a dip.
Check out my herbed goat cheese veggie dip recipe:
Ingredients
- Log of goat cheese (approx 10 oz give or take)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp chives
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender
- Chill
- Serve
Notes
You can eliminate the sour cream but you might need to increase the olive oil or add a bit of water for texture. You can also use milk in place of the sour cream but then the dip might be a bit too soft.




















Ooh sounds great! I thought the same thing as Terri, so gonna try with plain Greek yogurt!
