If you have been following along with my monthly beginner’s workout series, it’s time for June. If you have been doing this from the beginning, congratulations you are starting your 6th month! I hope you are finding that it is helping you achieve your fitness goals. I would love any feedback on the workouts one way or another.

    I’ve not been running as much and have been focusing more on strength training. I need to do your workout plan, it’s nicely laid out!

    I love these. I was out of exercise for so long but now back at it but slowly. I don’t want to mess my knee up again.

    I am kind of digging tabatas lately! 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. They suck, but they are a killer workout.
