Deciding on Dinner Meal Planning Grain-Free Edition Dec. 2 – 8

Wow Thanksgiving came and went FAST. I cleaned for three days straight to prepare for our guests and for my kids birthday party on Saturday. My house has never been cleaner – and I like it!

The food was amazing. We ate leftovers twice and I had totally forgotten with last weeks meal plan that we were having a caterer for dinner.

We ate those leftovers on Sunday.

So I recycled some of last weeks recipes.

Again.

  • Paleo Pizza - Crust, sausage, mushrooms and cheese toppings.
  • Butternut Squash Fries

Tuesday

Sunday

  • Lentil & Pumpkin Soup (from newspaper)
  • Grain-free chicken tenders

How was your Thanksgiving?

Did you eat too much?

I sure did but it was all a choice and I owned it and enjoyed it!

      Yeah I LOVE having leftovers. My sister came over on Sunday and shared leftovers with us and last year my parents came back the next day for lunch with the leftovers lol.

      I procrastinate making the list still (doing it last minute Sunday night) but it’s worth the time to do it. No more last minute decisions. I can shop for all of my ingredients at the beginning of the week.
