In my house, and even in my extended family, computers are an integral part of our lives. We enjoy using them for work AND play.
My nephew, who lives next door to us, is going to be 16 this year and is very interested in learning more about computers and design and he loves video games and animated TV shows. So when I was introduced to Anime Studio Debut 8 from SmithMicro Software, I was intrigued.
What a great way to get him involved in creating something on the computer!

I can’t wait to see what he comes up with…and what I look like as a cartoon!
This program looks like so much fun, I think I’d like to try and I even think my son would too. He’s 7, but good at the computer and the apparent ease of use seems like it would be a great way for him to get started in animation too.
