Next week my son’s preschool is having a “parents go to preschool” night where the kids stay home and for an hour and a half we sit in little chairs and the teachers pretty much run us through a typical preschool day.
My husband said we should go.
I can’t sit in a big giant chair for an hour and a half how can I sit in a little tiny chair for that long? It’s bad enough I sit all day at work and then me and my 40 lb belly are going to be expected to experience preschool?
Here’s the thing…I’d be trying to get out of it either way because I can definately think of much better ways to spend and hour and a half than sitting in tiny chairs with other parents being treated like preschoolers. But I do have a legitimate excuse.
So am I horrible if I don’t go?
