    Great list. If I know of anyone who’s interested in cutting out sugar, I will let them know about this.

    Thanks for sharing. I definitely am checking out this book. We are starting slowly to remove all the processed crap from our lives and I need to learn, or should I say re-learn, how to cook.

      I had to LEARN to cook. My husband used to do all the cooking or it would come from a box. It’s not as hard as I thought!
