I just told my husband I really want to do the detox, though I don’t eat much sugar. I’d still like to do it just once, because I’m stubborn like that:) Thanks for the list I have almost everything on the list!

I am a firm belieever in the benefits of vineagr especially Braggs (or those with Mother in them) For centuries it has been used and is so beneficial. I unfortunatley do like sugar and havent tried the detox but look forward to your journey!

I’m not doing a sugar detox…but I really do want to do even healthier than last year. The problem is, I find a lot of products CLAIM to be good for you..and aren’t. I’m overwhelmed. I do have the coconut oil and ACV.
